Ayudha Puja
Ayudha Puja is done on the 9th day of Navarathri, . It is also called "Astra Puja", the synonym for Ayudha Puja. , The festival falls on the ninth day or Navami of the bright half of Moon's cycle of 15 days (as per Almanac) in the month of September/October, and is popularly a part of the Dasara ,Navaratri, Durga Puja or Golu festival. The celebration is marked for killing the demon king Mahishasura by goddess Durga, After slaying of the demon king, the weapons were kept out for worship marking a puja for the ayudha . Navaratri festival is observed all over the country but in South Indian states, where it is widely celebrated as Ayudha Puja meaning “Worship of Implements " it is Pujas for worshipping all the Instruments and tools that help us in our livelihood, it’s a thanks giving day to goddess Durga for all that she has blessed and given us in our profession .The Ayudha Puja is performed and celebrated this day to ensure we gain growth,wealth and prosperity in our profession.

When you should do this Puja:This Puja is mostly done the previous day of Saraswathi Puja or on the same day of Saraswathi Puja depending on convenience of all people concerned, best done with the group an individual works in offices or businesses
